These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyNjangi platform. By creating an account or joining a group, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Account and membership
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Groups and contributions
MyNjangi provides tools to manage savings groups. We do not hold or transfer money on your behalf unless an integrated payment provider is explicitly enabled. Groups are responsible for honouring their own agreements.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not use MyNjangi for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or to operate pyramid schemes or Ponzi-style arrangements.
4. Limitation of liability
MyNjangi is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes between group members, missed contributions, or losses arising from group decisions.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
